I have a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering . Before coming to Stanford, I was working as Research Consultant for International Telecommunication Union on emerging technologies. During that time, I decided to  go back to school  because I realized that it is very hard for the lay man especially the underprivileged to  learn new technologies and use them to improve their lives. I wanted to design technologies which are more easily integrated into one's daily life and which help improve quality of life not only for the tech-savvy but for everyone. Then I found this amazing, interdisciplinary Masters program Learning, Design and Technology at Stanford  University.

After having completed my Masters, I feel more informed about learning, cognitive psychology, user-centered design and human computer interaction. In future, I want to design technologies and experiences which are more user-centered, intuitive, cognitively simple and which have lower learning curve.
